At the Lentonbrook Foundation launch auction back in July 2025, guest Liz Brownsell gained a once in a lifetime away day match experience with the Ipswich Town FC (ITFC), and she and her son Aedan got to live the dream!

Liz and Aedan joined the Ipswich Town Football Club (ITFC) first team as they flew to their away match against Middlesbrough. They spent time at the training session where Aedan was thrilled to be introduced to Mark Ashton, Kieran McKenna and the players, including his hero Jaden Philogene. They enjoyed an overnight stay and soaked up the full matchday experience before flying home with the team after the game – it was a day to remember for years to come.

This unforgettable experience was one of many prizes from the Lentonbrook Foundation launch auction, where our generous guests helped to raise an incredible £200,000. Every penny goes toward our mission to improve the lives of children and young people across Suffolk.
